Job summary

Country Suburban is seeking an experienced HVAC installation crew leader to manage field crews, install various HVAC systems, and ensure high-quality workmanship. You will travel to customer sites in a company cube truck and coordinate with homeowners throughout projects.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to train apprentices while maintaining equipment and completing necessary paperwork. This is a full-time on-site position with room for growth.

• Must be able to work independently.
• Work with and train any installer apprentice that is assigned to you.
• Install different kinds of HVAC equipment.
• Travel in company provided cube truck to the customers' homes.
• Communicate with homeowners.
• Maintain the equipment and tools that are in your assigned cube truck for maximum efficiency.
• Complete any necessary paperwork.
