Paschal Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our Missouri/Oklahoma/Tas team. You will assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations, under the guidance of lead technicians, while learning operating principles and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of installations of HVAC equipment following the directions of Install Lead Technicians and Supervisors.
• Adhere to work plans, tasks, schedules, and quality control tests.
• Document actions by completing records and installation paperwork.
• Learn operating principles of HVAC systems and related safety practices.
• Gain knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in residential and light commercial installations.
• Perform daily duties under direct supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with leads, supervisors and co‑workers as needed.
• Maintain inventory and organize tools and workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
