Paschal Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. is seeking an HVAC Install Lead to direct installation teams on residential and light commercial projects in Missouri.

You will plan work, assign tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while delivering excellent customer service. In this role you will mentor apprentices, handle site paperwork, and communicate clearly with customers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Great mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Able to adapt to changing and growing work environment.
• Clean, professional appearance and good communication with customers.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation tools and methods.
• Ability to learn in classroom and hands-on environments.
• Computer knowledge and use of timekeeping/scheduling software.
• Punctual with a daily schedule and multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC install apprentices in installation of HVAC systems and components.
• Provide proactive, customer-oriented service and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Plan work, assign tasks, set schedules, and train as needed.
• Document actions with records and installation paperwork.
• Perform installations per company standards, specs, and codes.
• Understand HVAC operating principles and safety/OSHA standards.
• Utilize tools and methods for residential and light commercial installations.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision in the field.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and coworkers about questions or issues.
