• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adept at working independently with guidance.
• Enrolled in technical school for HVAC license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HVAC system installations under guidance.
• Stage jobs and adhere to the quality checklist.
• Maintain a clean job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure satisfaction.
