Job summary

Five Star Home Services is hiring an HVAC Install Assistant to work with an experienced Install Lead in installing residential HVAC systems. You’ll learn to remove old equipment and install new units while developing hands-on skills through paid HVAC training.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; dependable and willing to learn.
• Must pay attention to detail and work well in a two-person team.
• Comfortable working in attic, crawl spaces, basements and various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with removal and installation of residential furnaces and AC units.
• Safely use HVAC tools and perform basic electrical connections.
• Learn brazing, soldering, and refrigerant line preparation under supervision.
• Follow installation standards and keep jobsite clean and organized.
