We will train you on the job with paid training included. We do not lay off or furlough, this is year round work.

Responsibilities

The primary duties of an HVAC Install Apprentice are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.

• Collect payments
• Provide accurate and detailed information about each home and situation
• Maintain truck inventory levels
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed
