We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Murrieta, CA is hiring an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our service team as a full-time position. The role involves retrofit replacements of furnaces and air conditioners, performing safety checks, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will work in crews, participate in daily tasks such as information gathering from customers, payment collection, and maintaining inventory.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

The primary duties of an HVAC Install Apprentice are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
