Job summary

Cool Air Solutions, a Murrieta-based HVAC and plumbing contractor, is hiring an HVAC Install Apprentice Level 2 with at least 1 year of HVAC experience. You will support residential and commercial installations, learning under experienced lead installers and developing hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field HVAC experience required.
• Clean driving record and safe driving habits.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Present professional image to win referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in staging jobs and following quality checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and stocked truck.
• Participate in on-the-job training to master installations.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork.
