Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure satisfaction.
• Present yourself as professional to win referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in staging jobs; adhere to quality checklist.
• Help maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory in the truck.
• Participate in all training to master installations.
• Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
