Job summary

SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC in Roseto, PA is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to launch your career in the trades. Learn hands-on from experienced professionals in a supportive team environment and contribute to residential and commercial installations.

You will assist with installing ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and read blueprints. A willingness to learn, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants welcome; prior HVAC or trades experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
• Transport, stage, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
• Support the team with equipment startups, testing, and quality checks
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
