Job summary

Any Hour Services in Ogden, UT is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to support licensed technicians with setting up heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses. This role emphasizes hands-on learning and skill-building for a long-term career.

You will learn by doing—measuring, cutting, wiring, and following blueprints while observing safety regulations and collaborating with senior technicians and customers in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrollment in HVAC apprenticeship or trade school preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC installers with setup, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems.
• Prepare tools, materials, and work areas; measure, cut, drill, and assemble under supervision.
• Follow blueprints and project instructions; ensure work meets building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and document work performed and time logs as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers; participate in training and safety meetings.

Job Location: Any Hour Services (Ogden) - MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE, UT 84404, Position Type: Full Time, Travel Percentage: Up to 50% , As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support licensed technicians and installers with setting up and installing heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses, learning hands‑onas you go. It's a trade with steady, reliable demand, and this is where you start building real skills for a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC installers with the setup, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems, including ductwork and wiring
• Prepare tools, materials, and work areas, and perform basic tasks like measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembling under supervision
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and project instructions from senior technicians, ensuring all work meets building codes and safety regulations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, and document work performed and time logs asrequired
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and take part in training and safety meetings to build your HVAC trade knowledge

Qualifications: Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Physical Demands and Conditions

Work Environment/Travel

• Field-based role with daily travel to residential and commercial job sites
• May require evening, weekend, or overtime work depending on project schedules
