Gritton & Associates is seeking an Inside Sales Project Manager to support sales operations, coordinate multiple projects, and provide technical guidance. You will work with outside sales reps, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment or related industry a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and technical support skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and sales to provide accurate product information and competitive quotes.
• Oversee project lifecycle from sales coordination to final delivery, including order processing and scheduling deliveries.
• Provide design and application support to customers and internal teams using industry best practices.
• Maintain post-sale documentation and ensure ethical business interactions.
