Job summary

Vyron Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the Inside Sales team, optimize sales processes, and drive operational excellence across branches. This role reports to the Branch Manager and champions CRM and related tools to support revenue goals.

You will partner with the Branch Manager on strategies, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure efficient, scalable sales operations in the Madison, Green Bay, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or branch operations.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process tools; experience as a superuser is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on culture-building and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team, including training and providing backup support.
• Guide team prioritization and time management to ensure efficient workload distribution.
• Provide coaching on customer interactions, including navigating difficult conversations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture in partnership with the Branch Manager.
• Inside sales team members in this branch report directly to the Branch Operations Manager.
