True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes on the production floor and maintenance areas.

The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment used to transform sheet metal into HVAC components. You will fulfill maintenance work orders, install and maintain production machines, and perform both emergency and scheduled repairs while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Adherence to safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in documenting maintenance work and repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and different shifts as necessary.
• Ability to respond promptly to equipment and building emergencies.
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets in a manufacturing context.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform both emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for further action.
