Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship preferred.
• At least three years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong safety adherence and documentation skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for further action.
