Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores in Taylor, MI. This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and opportunities for full-time or part-time scheduling.

You will engage shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with technicians. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation is advantageous.

Responsibilities
