The role includes leading lead-generation efforts, presenting service options, and scheduling in-home consultations with technicians. Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $19 plus commission, with earning potential of $20–$30 per hour on average.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations or HVAC tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• This role is not door-to-door and does not canvass.
