Qualifications

• Universal EPA certification.
• At least 15 years experience in HVAC.
• Read mechanical drawings and equipment specs.
• Troubleshoot high/low‑voltage electrical systems; read wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of large unitary packaged equipment >25 tons and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance like belts/filters; identify anomalies.
• Log equipment conditions and update project records.
• Understand DX equipment up to 25 tons and related components.
• Communicate with team leads, staff, and customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
