Job summary

Seven Executive Limited in Fort Lauderdale seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing home services business with a strong plumbing base and an expanding HVAC operation. This leadership role focuses on scaling HVAC performance while ensuring execution across the broader service platform.

You will manage five direct reports, drive operational discipline, and partner with the Regional Operations Director on strategy, growth, and future tuck-ins.

Qualifications

• HVAC leadership experience required in a residential/home services context.
• Strong operations management and process improvement track record.
• Proven ability to scale teams and integrations during growth.
• Commercially minded with balance of day-to-day and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance of the Fort Lauderdale location.
• Scale the HVAC business while supporting plumbing operations.
• Manage and develop 5 direct reports.
• Drive efficiency, service quality, and accountability.
• Support tuck-in acquisitions as part of growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Director on strategy and performance.
