CET is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician and Green Technology Instructor to train and mentor students in a postsecondary setting in Santa Maria, CA. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of HVAC or green technology industry experience.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HVAC and green tech curriculum.
• Provide hands-on training in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Teach green building concepts and energy efficiency.
• Assess student performance with exams and demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Ensure safety compliance in classrooms and labs.
• Guide students for EPA 608, NATE, and related certifications.
• Stay current with industry advancements.
