Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC operations with 2+ years in management.
• Proven track record of P&L management and business development.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC technicians, service teams, and support staff.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L for the HVAC division.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC technicians, service teams, and support staff
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market share
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities for the HVAC division
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and workflow management for service and installation teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, service, and repair best practices
• Proven track record of P&L management and business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• EPA 608 Certification preferred; additional HVAC certifications a plus
• Experience with service management software and scheduling tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred — or equivalent work experience
