CKP Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Foreman/Project Manager for a full-time direct placement role. You will oversee residential, commercial, and industrial projects, interpreting blueprints, coordinating duct design, materials, and crews to ensure on-time and on-budget results.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budget monitoring, progress reporting to PM, coordinating with general contractors and owners, managing equipment deliveries, and enforcing quality and safety standards while

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience (Required).
• EPA Type II certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, material ordering, HVAC installation, and reporting to PM.
• Monitor costs and productivity to ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to track progress and budgets.
• Maintain professional communication with general contractors, owners, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage deliveries of equipment and materials; ensure quality and safety standards.
