The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving. Candidates should have 2+ years in HVAC project leadership, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following protocols.

The Role

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by always promoting safety. You will serve as an essential part of successful HVAC system installs on our commercial construction projects as well as providing leadership and support on our sites. Job sites will vary amongst commercial projects throughout the area. Projects will mainly consist of K-12, University, and Healthcare buildings.

You Bring
