Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead on commercial projects in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. You will ensure quality installs while prioritizing safety, guiding crews, and coordinating HVAC/Sheet Metal work across diverse sites such as K-12, university, and healthcare buildings.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site decision-making, coordination of prefabricated elements, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore experience a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

The Role

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by always promoting safety. You will serve as an essential part of successful HVAC system installs on our commercial construction projects as well as providing leadership and support on our sites. Job sites will vary amongst commercial projects throughout the area. Projects will mainly consist of K-12, University, and Healthcare buildings.

You Bring
