Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, controls, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities to field personnel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Job Description Position Summary

The HVAC Foreman supervises and coordinates HVAC installation, maintenance, and service projects while leading field technicians and apprentices. This position is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable building codes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians, installers, helpers, and subcontractors on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities to field personnel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate installation, startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment and systems.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
