Job summary

Shoals MPE is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installation Foreman to supervise daily field operations for commercial HVAC installations. You will lead installation crews, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and contractors, interpreting drawings, and maintaining cost records while upholding safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Read and interpret blue prints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve possible problems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and material costs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Valid drivers license.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of measuring duct and lay-out duct work.
• Be able to manage crews and oversee that the tasks are completed.
• Must have own tools.( preferred)

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Installation Foreman

The commercial HVAC Installation Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations for commercial HVAC installation projects. This position oversees installation crews, ensure work is completed safely and according to project plans and specifications, maintains quality standards, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget.

The foreman serves as the primary field leader, coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience.
