Job summary

CSS is seeking an HVAC Technician in Merritt Island, FL to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across eight commercial properties totaling about 800,000 SF. This field role requires daily operation of a CSS vehicle and strict adherence to safety guidelines.

You will service, install, and repair HVAC systems including chillers and packaged units, use tools and meters, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma and EPA Universal Certification are required; pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC service experience including industrial cooling systems and various unit types.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and read digital meters/voltage testers.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring in a commercial setting; high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service repairs on HVAC/mechanical systems at multiple properties.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per manufacturer schedules and manuals.
• Operate a company vehicle between sites; follow driving and vehicle-use policies.
