Job summary

DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead startup and warranty technicians in Greater Central Florida. You will coach, direct, and support a field team to ensure work is performed correctly, documented thoroughly, and in alignment with safety and company standards.

The role requires managing field execution, troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, and coordinating with the Startup / Warranty Manager.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of residential HVAC service field experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Knowledge of local codes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field work quality and documentation daily.
• Ride with technicians and inspect job sites.
• Ensure Service Titan notes, photos, and next steps are completed.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to technicians.
• Improve first-time completion and reduce rework.
• Maintain safety and compliance in the field.
