Strada Services is seeking an HVAC Supervisor in Lafayette, LA to oversee front-line staff and ensure efficient, high-quality production operations. The role requires coordinating schedules, training personnel, and delivering timely performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential electrical and AC systems, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid grasp of NEC standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring safety and quality diligence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three or more years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Customer service experience handling escalations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with managers to coordinate departmental activities.
• Collects and analyzes production data for quality.
• Inspects products for defects and quality control.
• Identifies and fixes process inefficiencies.
• Ensures compliance with safety laws and regulations.
• Develops safe work procedures and budgets.
