Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in residential HVAC
• EPA Certification required for compliance
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving and a clean record
• Strong customer service orientation and dedication to quality
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and adapt to changing environments
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills for HVAC issues

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties with high quality standards
• Direct daily operations: scheduling, job assignments, workflow management
• Approve purchase of equipment and parts meeting standards
• Supervise HVAC technicians and provide coaching and performance evaluations
• Perform other duties as assigned
