A1 Mechanical Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor Level 1 in the Columbus area to oversee HVAC field operations, support technicians and installation crews, and ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in residential/commercial settings.
• Ability to lead field crews and coordinate scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision to HVAC technicians and installation crews.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, workmanship and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Ensure installations and service meet codes and company standards.
• Communicate with customers and team to resolve issues.
• Support scheduling and job coordination to keep projects on track.
• Perform quality checks and follow-up on work completed.
• Train and develop technicians to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, professional field environment.
