Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC service technician or installer; residential/light commercial systems familiarity.
• Knowledge of local mechanical codes, safety regulations, and best practices for HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air-conditioning equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Install and service condensers, compressors, air handlers, furnaces, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Document services performed and keep work areas and vehicles organized.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high customer satisfaction.
