Monday-Friday
Flexible start times:
6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rotating on-call schedule
Approximately one Saturday every 8-9 weeks
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
Service chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, air handlers, fan coils, and heat pumps
Perform preventative maintenance including filter replacement, coil cleaning, lubrication, and inspections
Analyze equipment performance and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur
Replace motors, compressors, wiring, and other critical components
Complete detailed service documentation and reports
Communicate directly with customers regarding equipment status and repairs
Maintain safe work practices and OSHA compliance standards
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Experience with chillers, cooling towers, and commercial HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Experience with motor and compressor replacements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Large commercial HVAC systems
Mentoring or leading junior technicians
Chiller maintenance and repair
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
The pay range for this position is $72384.00 - $115252.80/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
This is a hybrid position in Denver,CO.
