Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Technician in New Hampshire to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote service offerings while upholding high standards of safety and professionalism.

The role requires 2–5 years of HVAC experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A valid driver’s license and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certification in HVAC; solid understanding.
• 2 to 5 years’ HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid licensing as required by local laws.
• Proficient reading of wiring diagrams and troubleshooting HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Promote products and services to customers and coordinate with sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high satisfaction.
• Follow safety rules and maintain PPE and vehicle stock.
