Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC certification from an accredited school is required.
• 5 years of facilities maintenance experience; HVAC experience preferred.
• Must complete all customer site-access, safety, and security training.

Responsibilities

• Survey potential new service accounts and assess equipment at current sites.
• Manage key accounts and coordinate with Sales on changes or needs.
• Route management with service coordinator.
• Remove used HVAC filters and install new ones.
• Enter and work inside air-handling units with proper safety procedures.
• Inspect filters, frames, housing, seals, and equipment for proper installation.
