Job summary

Trane Italia is seeking an HVAC Technician Apprentice to support seasoned technicians in installing and repairing environmental control systems at customer sites. You will learn refrigeration theory, pipe fitting, and how to read blueprints while contributing to field service operations.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on learning, and career growth with access to training and technical support from a leading manufacturer. This is an on-site, field-based position with local travel.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• HVAC training/experience not required but considered.
• Must be at least 18 years old on day 1.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 12 months with no major violations in 3 years.
• Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world.

Responsibilities

• Service products, equipment, and systems at customer locations; identify, examine, diagnose, and plan repairs.
• Work with field technician, project manager and customers to understand on-site installation requirements.
• Use tools, drawings/blueprints and specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Adhere to safety standards and safeguard company assets.
