Qualifications

No Industry Experience Required.
Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience is not required but will be considered when determining proficiency level for the program and starting compensation.
Must be at least 18 years of age when you start on day 1.
A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
A strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.

Responsibilities

Assist seasoned Service Technicians in installation and repair of environmental control systems.
Identify, examine, diagnose, and plan for equipment repair at customer locations.
Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work with supervisors and customers.
Adhere to safety standards and maintain accountability for company assets.
