Job summary

Trane Technologies invites you to join as an HVAC Technician Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience at customer sites. You will assist seasoned technicians in installing and repairing environmental control systems, learning refrigeration theory, controls, and pipe fitting within a structured apprenticeship.

You’ll be part of a nationally registered four-year program (TAP) with mentors, paid instruction time, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old on day 1 and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Service products and systems at customer locations; diagnose and plan repairs.
• Coordinate with field technician, project manager and customers for on-site installations.
• Use software, tools, and blueprints to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety and protect company assets.
