Cool Solution Services Inc. in Miami, FL seeks an experienced HVAC Field Manager to supervise daily field operations, guide technicians, and uphold quality standards.

You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive commercial and residential HVAC experience, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily field operations.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians.
• Diagnose and assist with complex HVAC systems, including RTUs, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, VRF systems, and split systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communication with customers, property managers, and office staff.
• Review completed work orders and verify accuracy.
• Manage project timelines, labor efficiency, and material usage.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and team performance.

HVAC Field Manager

Position Overview

Cool Solution Services Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, supervise and support technicians, maintain quality control, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial and residential HVAC experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• - Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation technicians.
• - Schedule and coordinate daily field operations.
