Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company seeks a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor to lead installation teams, ensure quality standards, and assist the Apprenticeship Program while guiding the install staff in their career paths. This role includes training, coordinating installations, and keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years working in the field.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Advanced organizational abilities.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• Knowledge of industry is required.
• Basic Computer skills and typing skills required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ten years of related experience and/or training in heating and cooling service and installation field.
• EPA Certifications required.
• Water Treatment Experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Water Heaters.
• Forced air gas, propane and oil furnaces.
• Heat pumps.
• Gas, propane and oil fired boilers.
• Low voltage wiring.
• Troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Geothermal preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Visit jobsites to ensure installations align with proposal details.
• Lead installations to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Manage installation department efficiency including trainings and non-job time.
• Facilitate and manage the apprentice growth program for installation.
• Provide feedback to management to maximize profitability and quality.
• Communicate daily with installation technicians and apprentices.
• Provide field training and role playing on installation processes.
• Facilitate weekly installation department meetings.
• Perform follow up on callbacks or problems.
• Facilitate monthly safety trainings and track safety meetings.
• Perform truck inspections weekly for safety compliance.
• Participate in management meetings to optimize processes.
• Overtime occasionally required.
