The role requires a decade of leadership in HVAC installation, sharp blueprint and scheduling skills, and the ability to coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining thorough project

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience in residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication across diverse teams and management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate HVAC installations from start to finish within schedule and budget.
• Manage site activities, scheduling, resources, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordinate with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation: daily reports, change orders, progress updates.
