Job summary

Building Systems & Services is seeking an HVAC Field Diagnostics Specialist to service systems across Wilmington, Philadelphia, King of Prussia, and South NJ. You will own startups and commissioning, troubleshoot controls, and ensure peak performance for customers.

Collaborate with the Service Manager and project teams, produce field sketches, train customers, and document activities. This hands-on role requires safety awareness and willingness to join an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Refrigeration License is required.
• HVAC Journeyman Certificate is preferred.
• NATE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair sophisticated HVAC equipment and control systems; test, service, and maintain these systems with precision.
• Recommend retrofits, system upgrades, and performance enhancements; provide technical guidance on qualified leads.
• Coordinate field activities with the Service Manager, Project Managers, and subcontractors to keep work moving smoothly.
• Create sketches of field modifications and discrepancies for engineering updates; support job layouts and bid proposals.
