Johnson Controls in Horsham, PA is seeking a Controls Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, commission and maintain HVAC control systems across mechanical, electrical, and low voltage components.

You will respond to service and warranty calls using JCI tools, provide frontline technical support, and recommend system improvements while upholding our safety standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Vocational or associate degree in electronics or HVAC-related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequences, and applications.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, commission and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC control systems.
• Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls tools.
• Provide frontline technical support and recommend system improvements.
• Maintain safety and complete commissioning documentation.
