Heating and Cooling Supply LLC, a division of Gemaire/H&C and a publicly traded company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and margin growth in the HVAC market. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships in California.

You will be in the field up to 80% of the time, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions. A proven HVAC sales track record and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership or account management roles within HVAC/construction.
• Track record of bringing in new business and expanding the customer base.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and construction markets and the sales process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Present and manage Watsco Ventures and digital programs.
• Maintain relationships with HVAC contractors and key decision-makers in the territory.
