Job summary

Qualifications
- HVAC certification required plus 2 years in mechanical maintenance or related field.
- EPA 608 certification for refrigerants required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
- No major violations in last 3 years for commercial driving.

- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, control components following docs and codes.
- Configure and calibrate building automation and direct digital controls.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC and facilities.
