Qualifications

• 5 years of apartment community maintenance experience preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC systems and equipment repair is necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for efficiency.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Install new HVAC systems and components following specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various systems.
• Repair HVAC equipment including refrigeration units and boilers.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues in HVAC systems.
