Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC or maintenance.
• EPA Universal License and valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting over 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for HVAC systems through proactive testing and scheduled maintenance.
• Install, repair, and calibrate control systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety standards and regulations are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend modifications or repairs.
• Lead team members in daily tasks and support general maintenance activities.
