Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee’s sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, log repairs, and support operational staff across locations.

The role requires EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of relevant experience. A competitive hourly rate, company vehicle, and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required; refrigerant handling knowledge preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on service/repair experience in facilities or restaurant equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Repair restaurant, ice/beverage, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Maintain truck stock inventory with accurate charging and billing for repairs.
• Secure tools, equipment, and materials on-site and manage on-site assets.
• Log calls and repairs via laptop/handheld computer; track location and status.
• Assist as needed during staffing shortages, emergencies, or regional rollouts.

Skills
