The New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) seeks an HVAC & Facilities Systems Technician to maintain and service the facility's mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution, and HVAC infrastructure. This role reports to the Chief of Office & Facilities Management.
You will perform preventative maintenance, conduct inspections, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting mailroom and general office tasks.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000
The HVAC & Facilities Systems Technician maintains and services a facility's mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems. Performs preventative maintenance and routine repairs to a facility's systems and equipment. Conducts periodic safety and maintenance inspections to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and tear. This role reports to the Chief of Office & Facilities Management.
