Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Newport News, VA is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper use and maintenance.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, and related systems, keeping service vehicles and tools organized and ready around the clock. The role requires EPA certification and a minimum of two years in service/repair work.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type I/II Certification required.
• Basic knowledge of Heating/AC.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant and building equipment to standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment and systems as needed.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and parts on-site and track repairs.
• Log calls, time, and parts data using company devices.
